Established in 1987, Marina Sirras & Associates LLC specializes in the placement of attorneys at all levels of experience in law firms and corporations in the United States and internationally, and provides consulting services, including office expansions, growth strategies, mergers and practice group acquisitions. In addition, we have developed expertise in placement of individuals in law firm administration and support staff.

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC consists of a staff of professional recruiters who have been collectively involved in legal and executive search for more than fifty years.

At present, along with conducting numerous searches for clients in New York and other cities across the United States, Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is actively recruiting candidates who are interested in working in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia (including China and Singapore) and Latin and South America. In our years of operation, we have developed a client base that has interests around the world.

The firm is an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). Marina Sirras is Past President of NALSC.
